Question #2 Yes the person with the new anatomic equipment has a mental disorder and would be problematic in either bathroom, but if they walk, talk and now possess the anatomic equipment of a particular sex, the most appropriate bathroom or shower would be the one that their anatomic equipment now matches.

Question number 21, could open the door to statewide blanketing of other undesirable elements which haven’t been considered yet, though no uniformity is very problematic and making state laws which take away local control is a concern of mine.

Question #28 the answer is yes as long as the attorneys meet the basic requirements defined by law before running for the Judicial position because popularity alone is not a good race for judges to compete in.

The last three questions must not have been placed together in one question (asking us to pick the best of the three) because I assume each must have been meant stand on its own.

In the issue of a 20 week abortion, I would like to see laws prohibiting abortion of any kind.  On the Judicial Council question – if this is referring to an elected attorney general, then yes, I would agree with that.

I attend Church on the Rock in Wasilla. I have contributed to numerous pro-life/pro-family organizations throughout the years. I am a lifetime member of the NRA and active in several Republican women’s groups and my district Republican party.

I have been formally endorsed by Pro-Life Alaska and was given an “A” rating from the Alaska Business Report Card. I received a Pre-Primary endorsement from the District 12 Republican Party and have been endorsed former Sen. Bill Stoltze. There are other notable individuals that I have strong support from, but I would have to ask them if I could list them as a formal endorsement.

I have previously been honored with endorsements from right to life. I personally carried a house abortion/consent bill which was brought to fruition. My Sen, Sen Dyson had been working g the same bill in the senate. When my bill was ready to be moved from judiciary as I had the votes, the chair asked if I wanted my bill or the senators bill to be the one to become law. I respect Fred and I immediately deferred to the senate bill and asked chair Mcquire to pass his from committee, not mine.

Regarding the judicial selection process, I believe that judicial officials should be initially appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the legislature. Thereafter, those judicial officials should face retention elections periodically.
